This Privacy Policy applies to the SilverFox Technologies website and to SilverFox applications and services that link to this policy, including applications that use Google OAuth to provide user-requested features.

Information you provide

We may receive information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, support messages, and other information needed to respond to a request.

Google Account and Google API data

If you choose to connect a Google Account, we may receive basic account information and Google API data associated with only the permissions displayed on Google's OAuth consent screen and authorized by you. The specific data depends on the feature you request and the scopes you approve.

Technical information

We may process limited technical and security information, such as device or browser information, timestamps, IP address, and diagnostic events, to operate, protect, and troubleshoot our services.

How we use information

We use information only as needed to:

• authenticate users and maintain connected sessions;
• provide the application features a user requests;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve those features;
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Retention and deletion

You may revoke an application's access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account connections. To request deletion of information associated with a SilverFox service, email silverfoxagents@gmail.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy
